Sherman is seven years old. Dad can hardly believe that it has been that long. Dad gave Sherman and big hug and sand Happy Barkday to him. We got a big bone that one of his friend Tom gave him, a pig ear and frosty paws today. We haven't eaten much of our meal.

A book named the Red Ruin by Terhune came in the mail today too. It was a pawsome Barkdday for a pawtastic collie.

Happy birthday, Sherms!!! I know how u feel...I'm turning 52 on Friday and wondering how the hell that happened. It kinda crept up on me and bit me in the ass! BOL :-) U r only as young or old as u feel. Play a little, sleep a little and then play some more. That doggie bone is HUGE!!! Did u have peanut butter ice cream? That's the best!!! Loved all the pics of yur friends. They sure look like swell doggies to us. Terhune is the author who writes about collies, right? We're gonna have to look that book up online to find out more.
