Let It Snow

Cyber Paw pals, we sadly report the crossing of Grand Ma over the rainbow bridge. We have kept Dad sane. His brother, four sisters and Uncle did a pretty good job assisting us with that mission. We are working on a poem for Grand Ma. In the mean time we want to report on our winter adventure and the first time we have seen snow. Snow is great stuff, even for us Florida Collies.

Achtung, I'm ready for the Red Baron

Okay, you have our attention. Where is our treat?

Collies,

We're so sorry to hear about your Grandma and want to send our sincere condolences to your dad. It's good you were there to keep him sane. We dogs have the ability to do that, don't we!

Hope you have a safe trip back!!

We're sending doggie licks and snuggles to all of you cuz we know that when humans go over the rainbow bridge it is hard. Glad you had fun in the snow; we'd much rather be in Florida!

I'm sorry about your Grandma, too. I never knew mine. I don't even know who my Mom is... just my new human Mum, she's weird but not so bad sometimes. She gives me liver!

The snow looks fun we have snow here. We got 2 inches in one hour! The Mum said that's a lot of snow. I just like to play in it.

HI Key Westers,

I'm sorry to hear about your Grand Ma. Mine is in Florida for 4 months, but I know that she isn't gone forever.

My Mom is pining over a collie that she found. Actually, he found her, came right to our fence. I'd think he must have been very smart.

Great job, collies, but of course, you knew that - bet your dad is really glad to have you around. And you're all sooooo beautiful in the snow!

I was the Jamie that commented back then.(before I started the blog) I lost my Dad not quite 11 yrs ago, but it was a tractor accident and instant. My Dad got the better way. Anyhow, Mom is still here.Staying on a roller coaster is not fun when the ride won't stop. Now I remember why you were saying you understood. I hope your Dad is doing better.
Hugs
