We have been watching the local news today. Our thoughts and prayers are with the five people killed, eight injured and all the people trapped at the airport. Dad has flown out of that airport a number of times and Stevie-Grrrr Wonder has too. Dad remembers Stevie-Grrr Wonder loosing his airplane ticket at that air port before Essex came to live with him. It is possible some of our cyber-pals or people we know were at that airport. There are lot of people we know in that area. The news coverage reminds Dad of the Oklahoma City Bombing. He was visiting friends near 45 minutes south of there when that happened.

That was terrible what happened at the Ft L airport today. Saw it on Yahoo News during lunch. I'm glad it wasn't worse. It's getting to the point that you're afraid to walk into an airport, post office, school or other public place cuz u think some fool has a gun. I do remember losing my return plane ticket at that airport when I visited u that time and running back to look for it and almost missing my connecting flight to Ohio for the next leg of the journey. I still think that ticket fell outta my coat pocket and blew away with the wind on the runway upon exiting the prop-job plane or I lost it in the plane cabin on the same prop-job flying me outta Key West to Ft L. I'll never know....it's one of those unsolved mysteries!!! ;-)
