13 October 2018 - Remembering

Dad is thinking of Essex today.  It would have been Barkday number 15 for her.  He looks at us this morning and gave us a big hug.

Dad remembers her so well because they went through so much together.  We know that we both have a place in Dad's heart too.  He believes Essex and Deacon both watch over our pack.

Essex and Deacon were special dogs. I can say Deacon was the first animal I ever loved. Both had personality, but in much different ways. Can't believe Essex would've been 15 already. Time sure does fly. We'll always remember her as "The Secretary of Da Fence." Lol Now there's 2 new doggies to keep u company. A real blessing from God :-)

Yes, past furries are never forgotten! Sad memories - but also very happy ones of when they were with us.

We always miss them, and wish we had more time with them. They always leave us too soon!

She was a good girl. I'm sure she and Deacon are watching and enjoying the antics of you and your current crew.
