31 May

Things have been going pretty well here.  Angel Paws is typically pretty slow though.  The weather this May was far cooler than most years.  Typically Key West is hot and humid.
Getting Ready For Bed
Dad finished his project of staining the deck last weekend and mowed the lawn.  I'll have to get Dad to take a pawtograph.

Thinking Of Deacon

I am busy trying to keep Dog Dad from thinking to much today.  So it is bark at Dad, put a cold nose in his side, try to get him to play with a ball day.  Why am I doing this?  Well, three years ago today Uncle Deacon crossed the Rainbow Bridge.  Thinking to much causes Dog Dad to get misty-eyed and melon-collie.

Thinking of Uncle Deacon Today
I heard a lot about Uncle Deacon from Great Auntie Essex and the pups at Angel Paws.  He was a very popular.  I've done an excellent job keeping Dad happy and supporting him after the Rainbow Bridge crossings of two very good chums.

Dog Dad gives me a smile and a big hug.  He tells me thanks for choosing him as my hooman.  As Dad would say, the only thing worse than having a dog cross the Rainbow Bridge is not having a dog in his life.

Memorial Day 2014

I hope every paw had a wonderful Memorial Day.  My pal Neo left for northern Florida Saturday Morning.  He is probably enjoying his new home.  I will miss playing with him.  As Great Auntie Essex used to tell me, pups come and go at Angel Paws.  Below are some pictures of us hanging out our last day together.
Hanging Out with Neo
I spent most of the time with Dog Dad supervising weekend projects.  Staining the deck finally is finished.  The stain is a water sealant and will help the wood survive the Florida sun.

Neo

Bowsers, it has been awhile since my last post.  I've been busy supervising Dad while he works around the house and all kinds of other little tasks.

My pal Neo, is due to leave on Friday.  When ever he shows up at Angel Paws Dad takes off my collar.  Neo tends to grab my collar and Dad could tell I was starting to get mad about it.  So off comes the collar.

We'll post more later, promise.
